A Little Princess, Princess Diaries, Ella Enchanted, Yours Mine and Ours, Eloise at Christmas, Cheaper by the Dozen 1 and 2, Charlottes Web, Enchanted, Homeward Bound, new How to Train your Dragon (live action), Matilda
I totally reiterate The Best Christmas Pageant Ever! Also Father of the Bride maybe once the girls are older to appreciate better :) my pre teens loved it.
Caveat: it's been years so can't vouch for completely clean, etc, but I remember we loved both Sister Act movies and Cool Runnings (and there's Winter Olympics coming up!) when I was 10ish...
Our kids have loved the original Swiss Family Robinson (from the 60s), Free Willy, Baby's Day Out, Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again, Denise the Menace and Remember the Titans
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is very good. A Muppet's Christmas Carol is fun. All of the Christmas movies by The Chosen are wonderful: The Shepherd: A story of the First Christmas, The Messengers, and Holy Night.
My kids went through a phase of only watching Mary Poppins. They don't really like movies historically because they get scared or overly emotional but this was a safe choice! They love it.
Cool runnings!
One of my favorites!
The BEST!!

For older kids another great sports movie is McFarland USA.

Also, I grew up on musicals so there's a whole trove there!
My kids loved Sister Act 2 - very age appropriate and you don't need to see the first one to understand
3 Ninjas!

My kids are younger, but they loved Beethoven, Air Bud, angels in the outfield, Inspector gadget
Unaccompanied Minors - I don’t think many people have heard of it but my kids love it!

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is another great one along the same vein!
The Sound of Music! I just mentioned August Rush as being a good potential watch for our kids someday.
