The way I laughed at "amen sister" after the bird calling note.

I read the recommended article "Bored" by Nick Lynch, and it's a MUST READ. It was so good. It did take me a few sittings to get through it b/c it is long, but wow. Thank you for sharing it! Repasting the link here so it's easy for others to find and read. https://lynch39.substack.com/p/bored?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email

This is such a random question lol...I've been all over your socials regarding a certain cognac woven leather crossbody bag from Quince. This because I wanted to ask you how it held up and would you buy it again? I trust your reviews/recs - practical and honest - so would love your feedback.

Hi Joan! I don’t have any bags from Quince. Perhaps you’re thinking of my crossbody from Clare V!? https://go.shopmy.us/p-7336446

That was it - I guess the Quince one was similar lol

Did you find the woven texture held up?

Have you all see the documentary "Lister" on you tube? You've gotta look it up. It's hilarious and fascinating - about the birding subculture from 2 unlikely fellas.

This is a great recipe for corn! It's very forgiving (whatever cheese you want and I throw in a bunch of chopped frozen kale with the corn, and I top that with the aglio olio seasoning from TJ's, but also any other italian-ish seasoning you have that needs to be used works too).

Yum! Have you ever added any meat to it?

I haven’t (we’re vegetarians) but it’s pretty adaptable, so I’m sure you could! Meatballs or something?
