Power Nap #46
Funny and thought-provoking media from Kate and her team for a quick, refreshing pick-me-up.
In Case You Missed It
Kate and John Robert made this 2 ingredient corn dip, also on the blog, which was perfect for the Super Bowl (if only we'd gotten to watch it!).
Kate made Peanut Butter Swirly Cups - Valentine's Edition! Also on the blog. Here are the molds she used, but this middle sized option is what she would recommend. Plus oven-safe so you could use for muffins!
The time-timer came in clutch for the road trip to Disney. It's great for giving the kids a visual when they start asking for stops.
Other Disney heroes: The stroller caddy that Kate raves about, stroller hooks to carry all the extra stuff, this belt bag, and a portable charger.

Things We Found Interesting
1. On the rise of the Group Chat. The effects of social media have been studied a lot, but group chats have also risen in prevalence in recent years. In fact, for many they have replaced social media as a place to share life updates or funny videos, memes, etc. Yet they have drawn far less study. Interesting throughout for people who use group chats for specific friend groups, family groups, neighborhood/church/sports groups, etc. h/t to the Diff.
2. Fresh off the Stricklers' trip to Disney: Disney trips are so complicated now that you need a class to plan one. (You may need to create a free WaPo account to read this) h/t to Marginal Revolution
