I have a Mother’s Day Journal and it’s the best! (My husband also has a Father’s Day journal). I started mine when my oldest was one? Two? The first few years are traces of her hand and scribbles and then pictures , short messages. This year I got 3 genuine notes from my kids for the first time. Okay, the 13-year-old was more of an apology letter for her behavior earlier in the day, but I’ll talk it. 🤪 My husband also writes lovely letters each year. So glad we do this tradition!
Ugh...Lou Malnati's - it's not what it once was and even then...meh. If you ever find yourself in Chicago, get some pizza at Peaquods! It's the best in the city :)
